Abaca Mortgage, Inc. opened in March 2002 in Navarre, FL. Cinnamon and Crystal both are licensed Mortgage Brokers and can help with any of your mortgage needs. After several years of working for banks, mortgage brokers, home builders and processing companies, it was time to make the move from Atlanta, GA and do what we love best in the town we love best, Navarre Beach!  

We are currently members of the Northwest Florida Better Business Bureau, where you can view our record of excellence.

We are very involved in the community. We are members of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce (Cinnamon served as President of the organization in 2010), the Emerging Leaders, the Navarre Beach Area  Board of Realtors, the Santa Rosa Young Professionals, the Navarre YMCA, the Emerald Coast Honor Flight which sends our WWII veterans to Washington, DC to visit their memorial, and the State of Florida's Sea Turtle Protection Program. The Santa Rosa Kid's House holds a special place in our heart and we love to help them as often as possible. We were honored to have the opportunity to sponsor "The Blue Dog" painting that proudly hangs there today.
